This policy explains how EBU Flow handles personal data for authorised EBU Prive team members using the internal operations application.

Information we process

EBU Flow processes account details such as name, work email address, role and team membership. It also processes operational content created in the application, including tasks, comments, workflow activity, attachments and account support requests.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate authorised users, assign and track work, maintain an operational record, provide support and keep the service secure. EBU Flow is not designed for advertising and does not track users across third-party apps or websites.

Access and retention

Access is limited according to an employee’s role and assigned teams. Operational records may be retained where needed for business continuity, security, legal obligations or audit purposes.

Sharing and storage

Information is stored with service providers used to operate EBU Flow, such as hosting, database and file-storage providers. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask an EBU Flow administrator to correct account information, request support or begin an account deletion request. See the Account Deletion page for the deletion process.
